so im signing up for the Bay Run... the 6km one of course. well im gonna do it, gonna be an achievement of some sort.

today's prob the last day im gonna indulge a little more.. n i'd take tis as a start to getting fit =)) hv to start preparing from now..

so im gonna start running abt 3.2 first n work my way up - shld be able to do 6km by 24th Aug...
